In August of 2007, we flipped the switch on our brand new Heidelberg XL-105 and a new era began! Ours is the first one installed in the Pacific Northwest.

The XL-105 is one of the most advanced offset presses that Heidelberg has ever manufactured, with quality far superior to that of other presses. Printing 6 colors with in-line aqueous coating at speeds up to 18,000 sheets per hour with extended delivery, it affords IPCO the opportunity to lead the way into the future.

The XL-105's Image Control system automatically adjusts color to match a previous pressrun and keep color consistent throughout the run, regardless of length. This feature cuts make ready time and reduces paper waste. The result is exceptional quality with quicker turnaround time.

Our other Heidelberg presses include the Speedmaster 5 color, also with in-line aqueous coating, and the nimble GTO for the smallest of jobs. In addition to offset, our SBD letterpress handles diecutting, embossing, and scoring.
